To refurbish this high school, the use of a GRC curtain-type façade allows the exterior insulation to be integrated and serves as a sunscreen on the south façade, by offsetting the modules 70 cm in relation to the façade. The monolithic setbacks at right angles to the openings and corners help create the architect’s desired impression of mass.
